Lewis Electric announces a replacement control board for TriPak© Machinery Service Inc. Fillers.
January 15, 1998 - A replacement board for the printed circuit / solid state / relay control board now in use on most of TriPak© Machinery Service Inc. Tomato fillers has been completed and testing will take place for the next 2 months.
Upon completion of testing, these units will be available to all owners of existing boards.
The new boards are field repairable. No more sending them off for repair. The repair parts can be stocked at your facility and the board can be repaired while still in the control cabinet by qualified Electrical personnel.
The installation of the new boards will be no hassle, the footprint will fit exactly what you have. The only wiring involved is the removal of the conductors from the circuit board terminals and installing them in the LE board terminal strips. It's simple.

February 4, 1998 - Testing has been going for 2 weeks on a 6X7 filler at a large tomato house with no problems. Further updates coming.
February 25, 1998 - Still operating perfectly and looks like the only modification will be to install the plug in terminals to make it fully interchangeable with the original boards.
April 3, 1998 - Testing Complete, over 50,000 operations with no component failures or glitches. Ready to start production as soon as pricing determined. Should be accomplished by April 15.
May 1, 1998 - Pricing has been determined. Includes 1 Year warranty.
