Lewis Electric loses a very Good Electrician!

January 24th was Jay Crossland's last day with Lewis Electric. Jay decided to move back to Kansas to aid in the raising of his youngster. This is a very commendable and honorable decision on his part. This Company will miss him very deeply. The loss of such a great electrician can only be outweighed by our joy of a family united. We all wish him luck in his future pursuits and if he ever decides to return (or Lewis Electric decides to expand to Kansas!) he knows he has a home.

Good Luck! - Do you remember what Dorothy said?

Ever seen a Dolphin? (Mahi Mahi, Dorado) Not Flipper!

This is a dolphin (Mahi-Mahi or Dorado) caught off of Key Largo this summer by this pair of intrepid anglers. This species is a fish and not a mammal. Flipper is a Mammal. The fish is very good eating and if you ever have a chance please try it. They travel in schools when young and later in a pair comprising of one male (Bull Dolphin) and one female (Cow) or a group of one Bull and two Cows. Cows normally are half the size of the Bulls. These fish are fun to catch, jumping out of the water and seeing the whole school (Possibly thousands) of fish under the boat.

This has nothing to do with electrical except the bow light on the boat is unoperational!
